The IL Rockets 5th Grade Red team won the 6th grade division of the One Day Spring Finale held in Romeoville. The girls went 3-0 on the day beating two different LP Lancers teams and Lady Lockdown to win the championship. The girls won their first two games in convincing fashion by playing relentless defense and executing an outstanding transition offensive attack. In the final game of the day the girls had to go into double overtime to pull out the 20 to 18 win.
